Remodelling

Like many other products, jewellery is an item of fashion. If your jewellery is no longer fashionable, bring it to us and we will redesign it for you. We can provide sketches using your existing stones in new and exciting styles. We can also add diamonds or semi precious stones which will greatly enhance and modernise your old jewellery. Changes can be made by upgrading to different metals such as white gold instead of yellow or even moving to platinum.

Valuations

We are able to provide you with a full valuation certificate on the purchase of any of our jewellery. We are a member of the Jewellery Association of SA (JASA). Our diamonds are graded by the Diamond Institute of South Africa (DISA) Invoices

For our foreign customers, your invoice will reflect all particulars needed in order for you to claim back the VAT that you would have paid.

Refund Policy

No Refunds on stock items of jewellery – Exchanges to be made within 7 days of purchase. If design work is not completed to the agreed specification, Frankies and Kym will rectify at their cost. Should a customer feel the completed item is not to their liking after having agreed to design specifications, then any remedial work will be at the customers expense.
